Nope, I didn’t fall off the face of the earth.
The Play Co is still here, still doing fabulous playful things, I just haven’t been telling you about those things, and for that I am truly sorry.
I’m sorry for the ‘playful people’ interviews I conducted but have not yet transcribed or posted on the blog, the interviews were fabulous and I am very excited to bring the stories to you...they will be up, soon, I promise!
I’m sorry for not sharing with you what we have been up to over at The Play Co HQ and...
I’m sorry I have neglected you and my little website.
But I am not sorry too, because for all of the things I didn’t quiet get to, there were a gazzillion others I did get the honour to be a part of and a heap of other places my attention was focused, and whilst at times that felt hectic, on reflection it was all pretty bloody great, even the not so great bits, because…lessons learned!
At the beginning of 2015, I moved with my family and my business to the spectacular coastal town of Esperance WA. Small towns can be tricky places to navigate but not this town, this town has been so welcoming and fabulous on a personal and business level we have been embraced with the warmest, welcoming hug.
Here is a run down of what the play co has been up to in 2015:
As for what I have been up to on top of all that, Ima gonna take a moment to high five myself a little here (Yes, I actually have high fived myself a few times this year…that’s the kind of thing you do when you work and live in an isolated kinda way! I'm high giving myself all over the place because as well as being mumma, and running The Play Co. I have also managed to complete five units of my Psychology degree with either Distictions or High Distinctions and I’m pretty bloody happy about that!
Enough about me.
I wanna talk about you!
I want to ask you all to take a moment to think back over your year, the year that was 2015, a year that for a bunch of you I know was fast, hectic, sad, crazy, majorly life changing and exhausting…I want you to right now high five yourself (don’t worry about looking crazy, I do it all the time!) You deserve to celebrate. You deserve to congratulate yourself unashamedly.
You did good! I know you did and you know what else I know…that you’ll keep doing good, you will continue to shine right on into 2016 and beyond!
I wish you all of the playful sparkly-ness in 2016, may it be the sparkliest year you've had yet!
There are a few changes in the mix for The Play Co in 2016 so keep a look out for updates….I promise I won’t forget to tell you!
Happy New Year Lovelies!
